Born in Parsons, KS, Phil Miller was introduced to the game early playing for the Parsons High School team and later as a walk-on at the University of Kansas. Since 2004, he has volunteered as a Rules Official for the KGA, KCGA, and now Central Links Golf. On the national level, he is a USGA Rules Official and member of the USGA Rules of Golf Committee.

Jeff Burey holds a distinguished career in golf spanning over 45 years. Originally from CT, Jeff has travelled across the country promoting the game of golf as a Class A PGA Member, Head Golf Professional at Pinehurst, General Manager of Wolf Creek Golf Club and Prairie Dunes Country Club, Owner of Twin Oaks Golf Complex, and Director of several local junior golf programs. He has served on the Board of Trustees for the Kansas Golf Foundation since 2009.
